Hoya Hop House Brewing, located at 514 E. Main Street in Waupun, offers a cozy, homelike atmosphere welcoming families, individuals, and couples to set aside the cares of busy days and pause to refuel. Opened in January 2025 by Michelle and Matthew Brown, their son Jarrett Mack, and daughter and son-in-law Katlin and Jesse Huizenga, the pleasant, plant-adorned space features ample room to relax with friends following an afternoon of shopping, or to plan a casual after-dinner date. Comfortable couches and chairs invite visitors to stop and savor this fully-renovated and thoughtfully-designed space while relaxing amidst greenery and natural sunlight.

The family-owned and run brewpub offers a rotating selection of tap beers as well as a steady selection of ever-present favorites, as well as wines and cocktails. Visitors can also enjoy a selection of lighter fare to complement their beverages such as dips and pretzels, flatbreads, churros and cookies. In warm seasons, Hoya Hop House Brewing offers a comfortable outdoor seating area that is also pet-friendly. Throughout the year, a 500-square-foot event space offers additional options for those wishing to host a celebration in 
this unique and appealing new venue.
